Shipping within Greece is carried out by ACS courier and a flat rate of 2.50 euros is applied for shipping services with every order, and for packages which do not exceed 2 kilograms in weight.
Packages in excess of 2 kilograms are charged at an additional 1 Euro per kilo. For the Cash on Delivery service an additional 2 Euros will be charged.
We provide FREE SHIPPING for orders more than 50 Euros.
You gain an extra 10% discount on the total amount of your purchases by selecting to pick up your order at any of our iRepair stores. Please note that the estimated pick-up time from the store is 1-3 working days as some of the products may not be immediately available at the store of your choice. As soon as your order is ready for pick up a customer service representative will contact you to inform you that your order is ready for pick up. The payment of your order is done online, but is completed on your arrival at the store and the 10% discount is then calculated exclusively at the store on the completion of your order pick up.
When using the option of pick-up from the store, the order is done online to validate your 10% discount but the payment is completed exclusively at the store on the completion of your order pick up. (The discount applies to all accessories; not on used devices)
Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery should be requested and is an additional 3 Euros cost per package.
Please note: All delivery prices quoted INCLUDE VAT.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Estimated delivery time is one (1) working day after dispatch date.
For «difficult to access areas» (www.acscourier.net/el/search-areas) delivery will be within 72 hours and will incur a further charge, depending the area.
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
We insure each purchase whilst in transit and till the products are delivered to the address our provided us with.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you.
If you have specified another person as a recipient of the purchased products, then their signatures serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility.
Please check the package is not damaged before signing.
